Your company has just completed the installation of double glazing to the front of my house and I thought I should write to you to say how pleased I have been with every aspect of this.
After your initial visit to give me a quote, it was obvious that your price was very competitive, and also that the specific demands of the installation could be overcome.
Scott, the surveyor, turned up on time and was able to answer my specific questions. Staff at the showroom were very helpful with regard to my queries about the lead light decorative units. Although I was unable to have exactly what I had wanted, every effort was made to come as close as possible. In fact I was very pleasantly surprised how well they turned out.
The work was started on the date given, which came as quite a relief to me because in the past I have often been let down in this area by other companies.
But most important of all, the installation team of Jamie and Craig, turned out to be your trump card. They were friendly, very hard-working and kept any mess to a minimum. Jamie also kept me well informed at every stage of the processes and would check my exact requirements.
They were extremely efficient and competent. The structure of my bay windows was quite unusual and challenging but, with their obvious expertise, Jamie and Craig were able to cope with all the problems. It surprised me that they were only allocated two days to complete this quite technical job, but the fact that they were able to extend this to a third day meant that I have the level of finish I wanted. Also, as requested, my curtain tracks were replaced with no fuss.
Then, as soon as the work was completed, I was contacted by Steve to check that I was satisfied with it and to be told that if I had any subsequent problems I could contact him direct.
I have to say that the whole process has been far less stressful than I thought it would be and that I would recommend your company to family and friends for price, efficiency and quality of work. If they could have Jamie and Craig to install, that would be a bonus but maybe you have other experts on your staff. If so, you are very fortunate.
I had been resistant to having my ‘lovely original windows’ replaced but am already feeling the benefit of double glazing in terms of warmth and sound proofing. Not only that but they look good too!
I shall now be enjoying a ‘nice, warm’ Christmas. I hope you do too.

The men were punctual, polite and hard working. They did an extremely professional job, the work carried out was 1st class and the end result is perfection itself.
Please pass on my comments to them as it is unusual to meet such workmen in this day and age. No! I am not an 81 year old dotty old woman, but have lived long enough to remember when British workmen were amongst the best in the world-alas no longer!! So I am fortunate to have been allocated your two workmen. Hold on to them. They are, in my eyes, priceless.
