Award winning polymer manufacturer REHAU, has added yet another accolade to its list of achievements. It was awarded the ‘Prix de l’ Excellence Industrielle’, at the annual Supplier Day held by the PSA group in France.
The prize, presented to the team at plant Poix, commends outstanding effort and cooperation with 150 suppliers invited to the 2012 event. Only 16 companies including REHAU received accolades in this category. Markus Grundmann, member of the board of management said “Winning the Supplier Award once again underlines just how successfully REHAU and the PSA Group have been working together for the past ten years. We will be striving to maintain this close partnership in the future, too”.
Polymer specialists REHAU, first won this coveted prize in 2008 for its outstanding and innovative development work on the polymer fender for the Citroen C4 Picasso. REHAU were also awarded ‘Fournisseur Majeur’, preferred supplier 2011. REHAU are highly active within the vehicle manufacturing industry, supplying a wide variety of products for PSA models.
