Installation and trade supply

We have been supplying high quality pvc double glazing systems in the Essex area for over 15 years. During that time we have gained a reputation for being helpful, reliable, knowledgeable – and competitive. The vast majority of our work comes from repeat business or referral, which is very pleasing to us. This is especially so given the huge volume of work that we undertake.

Says managing director Paul Seaby:

Looking after customers is a necessary part of any business but we find that by going the extra yard to ensure the customer is really happy pays dividends for us. Rather than costing money, it probably saves us a fortune in advertising, as we do practically none!”

All of our installations are carried out by our own qualified fitting team. Our work is subject to periodic inspection by the FENSA organisation as well as our own quality control procedures.

We undertake around 800 installations each year, most of them in the Southend, Basildon, Wickford and Chelmsford area. We have a strong customer base in this area, with domestic customers and a growing business with letting and estate agents.

TRADE SALES

Supply to the trade is an integral part of our business. We have a huge turnover, which continues to grow at 25 – 30% per year. Much of this is from our trade customers, who prefer to deal with us than be a small number in the manufacturers arithmetic.
